Please consider that Coffey Park was a developer made community of spec tract houses originally built in the 90’s. It was built originally in 2-3 years. The buyers were excited to buy these spec homes on small lots and make them their home. So when the Tubbs Fire destroyed the neighborhood of 1500 homes in 2017 it was not so difficult to rebuild based on several standard plans in 2-3 years as that was what it always was. Their success was particular to them. Their builders and designs were also particular to them. While Altadena does have some tract home streets, it was never to the extant of Coffey Park.
